Service Description
Lahnee has her Master of Counselling and combines learned techniques from this qualification, plus approaches in Sexology, Ocean / Nature Therapy to bring science based, yet holistic, person centred coaching and counselling sessions. These sessions are designed with the couple in mind and can include: - Reconnecting to your partner - Triggers and traumas within the relationship - Conscious uncoupling support - Sex Ed discussions - Understanding and working with mental health in a relationship - Exploring the male / female perspectives and communication - Overcoming jealousy and negative emotions - Open relating and exploring Polyamory - Rebuilding your sex life after kids - How to spice things up in the bedroom + much more. Sessions are 50 minutes + 10 min admin time *Lahnee uses an array of styles and modalities to assist her clients. Everyone is welcome, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.*
