The Notes of Nudity

Have you ever stopped to think about what nudity means to you?

Does it make you feel uncomfortable or anxious?

Do you feel like your naked body is something to be ashamed of? Like you need to keep it covered up?

Maybe you feel as though nudity should be saved for the bedroom and associate it only with sex?

Or perhaps you embrace nudity! You have learnt love the skin you’re in and honour yourself.

Unfortunately in today’s society we are conditioned to feel as though being naked is unusual, but it is the way we entered this earth.

When you strip back the clothing, you strip back the layers and what’s left is your raw, beautiful, self.

And being naked helps bring you back to yourself – it helps you reconnect, strips away surface emotions and allows you to go deeper.

I want to invite you to strip back the layers with us for a very special self-love and photographic art project, The Notes of Nudity.

Beginning on June 1, we will be facilitating a 30 day Self Love journey where each day you will be given a task that will take you out of your comfort zone and force you to embrace the real you. It will encourage you to shed the layers and reconnect.

Then, at the end of the 30 days we will invite you to a very special photo shoot to show you just how beautiful, how perfect you are!
