My name is Lahnee and I am an award winning Sex Therapist + Holistic Counsellor (Master Degree Counselling).
I am also a Journalist, Speaker, Event Manager, Content Creator & the founder of my Sex Education hub, Pleasure HQ.
Since 2016 I have made a name for myself as the go-to-woman for a modern approach to holistic counselling, CBT, sex therapy + couples counselling as well as a range of speciality services including customised sex education, dance & movement based workshops, online courses, content channels and more. I have a special interest in working with clients in the fields of mental health + relationships particularly in relation to Bipolar and Adhd.

Through my Sex Education hub, Pleasure HQ, I also aim to educate, inspire, motivate, and kick start conversations that explore sexuality and pleasure, consent and boundaries, open relating & polyamory, fantasies & kinks, trauma and healing, sexual health, sex work, ethics and porn plus so much more. And not only will I bring you my expertise, but Pleasure HQ is a hub designed to connect you to other epic humans, groups and ideas through a multitude of channels.
